To book a tour, you are required to make a deposit of at least 50% of the total cost.
(The remaining balance can be paid on-site directly to the guide or driver.)

The cost of the car is 2.000.000 IDR, it is paid on a fixed basis, regardless of the number of participants.
The price is 400.000 IDR per person when the car is fully loaded (5 people)
Cancellation policy:
If cancellation of a private tour is made:
— From 180 to 31 days before the start date of the tour, 10% of the paid amount will be withheld.
— From 30 to 14 days before the start date of the tour, 30% of the paid amount will be withheld.
— From 13 to 4 days before the start date of the tour, 50% of the paid amount will be withheld.
— Less than 3 days before the start date of the tour, including the tour day or in case of no-show, 100% of the paid amount will be withheld.
If cancellation of a group tour is made:
— Payment for participation in group tours is non-refundable, except in cases where the tour is canceled by the organizer.
Refund policy:
— If the client does not pay the required amount within the established period, the contract and booking will be canceled.
— Refunds are made at the exchange rate set by Bank Indonesia on the day of payment.
— Refund review period — up to 5 calendar days from the date of request.

Private tour price — 2,000,000 IDR per car (hotel pickup).
