Payment methods:

— Transfer to company account from any local bank

— VISA and MasterCard cards (secure payment through a large payment aggregator - Xendit)

— Cash through any branch of a local bank or cash desk of Alfamart stores (map of payment locations)

— Other payment methods through partners

If an individual tour is cancelled:

— The period from 365 to 181 days before the start date of the tour  is withheld 20% of the paid cost

— The period from 180 to the start date of the tour, including the day of the tour or no-show, is deducted from 100% of the paid cost

If you cancel a group tour:

— Payment for participation in group tours is non-refundable, except in cases of cancellation of the tour at the initiative of the organizer

Refund policy

— If the customer has not paid the required amount by the due date, the contract and reservation are canceled

— Refunds are made at the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment

— The return review period is up to 5 calendar days from the date of the appeal

— The refund period is up to 14 calendar days from the date of the positive decision

Cancellation or prohibition imposed by the harbour master or the government due to weather conditions, force majeure, natural disasters, terrorism, political instability or other external events means that the guest can reschedule the trip or receive a full refund

Cancellation of a booking by the ship's operator for other unforeseen reasons (e.g. a sudden technical problem) means that the ship's operator must arrange for the replacement of the ship as an alternative solution at the same price or class. If we don't provide a replacement, the guest will receive a full refund.

Important flight and risk information

In practice, many participants arrive at Labuan Baggio on the day the cruise starts — this is permissible provided that you choose the earliest morning flight ~7:00 

However, you should be aware of the risks of:

A cruise is a local product, and all expenses (boat, crew, accommodation, etc.) are booked in advance.

in the event of a long delay or cancellation of the voyage (for any reason), you may be out of time for the departure of the boat, in which case:

– Tour is non-refundable !

– Participation cannot be rescheduled!

 Therefore, we strongly recommend:

– Arrive at Labuan Baggio the day before the cruise and book a hotel for 1 night

– Or choose the earliest morning flight on the start day.

 The return flight also requires attention. In rare cases, the boat may be delayed on the way (due to weather or other factors). In this case, you may not be able to catch the plane on the same day.

In this case, you risk only the cost of the air ticket, since the cruise has already been completed, the carrier company, as well as the agent , do not reimburse the cost of air tickets.

To avoid stress, we recommend scheduling a return flight the day after the cruise ends.

If you still choose a departure on the day of the end — take the latest flight ~17:00

Flight tickets are purchased independently, and we are not responsible for changes in the schedule of airlines, weather conditions that caused flight delays, as well as other inconsistencies in the route. Please keep this in mind when planning.

Depending on weather conditions, the captain of the ship has the right to adjust the route and time of departure of boats

The Komodo dragon is a predatory wild animal, so you should be careful around it and strictly follow the instructions of the guide
