Payment:

To book a tour, you are required to make a deposit of at least 50% of the total cost.
(The remaining balance can be paid on-site directly to the guide or driver)

— Bank transfer to the company’s account from any local bank
— VISA and MasterCard (secure payment via the major payment aggregator Xendit)
— Cash payment at any local bank branch or Alfamart store cashier (payment locations map available)
— Other payment methods through our partners

Cancellation policy:

If cancellation of a private tour is made:

— From 180 to 31 days before the start date of the tour, 10% of the paid amount will be withheld.

— From 30 to 14 days before the start date of the tour, 30% of the paid amount will be withheld.

— From 13 to 4 days before the start date of the tour, 50% of the paid amount will be withheld.

— Less than 3 days before the start date of the tour, including the tour day or in case of no-show, 100% of the paid amount will be withheld.

If cancellation of a group tour is made:

— Payment for participation in group tours is non-refundable, except in cases where the tour is canceled by the organizer.

Refund policy:

— If the client does not pay the required amount within the established period, the contract and booking will be canceled.

— Refunds are made at the exchange rate set by Bank Indonesia on the day of payment.

— Refund review period — up to 5 calendar days from the date of request.

— Refund period — up to 14 calendar days from the date of approval.

We cannot predict the weather or the presence of sharks or possible delays along the way, so we cannot guarantee the exact timing specified in our description. Therefore, by agreeing to this trip, you understand and accept all risks and potential inconveniences.

Both adults and children can participate.

This activity is suitable for individuals with an average physical training. 

Accommodation at the hotel provides double rooms suitable for both mixed-gender couples and groups of two men or women.
