Travel for 3 days to Komodo Island on the comfortable ship "Lamain Voyages 1"
Sumba is completely wild and untouched by mass tourism. With its fairy-tale beaches, waterfalls, cliffs, and traditional villages where people still live as they did hundreds of years ago, traveling to Sumba feels like a journey through time.
The island is famous for its unique rituals, scenic beaches, wild customs, horses, megaliths and ceremonial funerals. It is the only place in the world where Stone Age traditions are still preserved and practiced today.
Sumba is only beginning to develop and open up to tourism, so its stunning beaches remain empty, and the jungles are still home to wild animals and crocodiles.
West Sumba is known for the Pasola ritual, surfing, beaches and sunsets. Here you’ll find villages with the tallest roofs and practicing shamans.
East Sumba is more developed. It is home to incredible hills, crocodile-filled rivers, and locals who still ride horses. This part of the island is also famous for its white sand beaches, mangrove trees, and breathtaking landscapes.
We invite you to immerse yourself in history and enjoy the untouched nature of the island!

We will meet you at Lede Kalumbang Airport on Sumba.
Then we head to the island’s iconic Blue Lagoon, formed by dead corals.
Our next stop is the village of Ratenggaro, famous for its 15-meter high traditional roofs. You’ll see how locals live and learn about their culture. Lunch along the way.
We end the day by checking into the cozy Sima Hotel.

After breakfast, we visit Weekacura Waterfall amidst the rice fields.
We continue to a traditional village, enjoy lunch, and watch the sunset from a beach with white cliffs.
We finish the day with dinner and rest at Bobocabin Hotel.

After breakfast, we drive east to see majestic hills and a royal village known for ikat textiles.
After lunch, we watch the sunset on a beach surrounded by rare mangrove trees.
Dinner and overnight at Casa Kandara Hotel.

Our transfer takes you to Waingapu Airport. Full of memories, we say goodbye to Sumba and return to Bali.
