We invite you to take a trip with us to Api volcano!
You will have an opportunity to see volcanic lava in action with your own eyes. There are practically no other places on the planet where such a thing can be done without special equipment and training. After that, we will explore a whale village and its topical museum. It will be an unforgettable journey!
Together we will ascend Api volcano. First, we will stay in a comfortable camp near the top. Then comes the most exciting part — approaching the crater to watch the eruption of burning lava. It will be absolutely safe as we do it from a sufficient distance under guide supervision.
Today, fewer and fewer undiscovered places remain on the planet. However, here, you can truly enjoy solitude in wildlife. Due to our remote location, artificial light does not obscure the sky, and each day after sunset, the night sky is filled with twinkling stars.

Cancellation policy:
If cancellation of a private tour is made:
— From 180 to 31 days before the start date of the tour, 10% of the paid amount will be withheld.
— From 30 to 14 days before the start date of the tour, 30% of the paid amount will be withheld.
— From 13 to 4 days before the start date of the tour, 50% of the paid amount will be withheld.
— Less than 3 days before the start date of the tour, including the tour day or in case of no-show, 100% of the paid amount will be withheld.
If cancellation of a group tour is made:
— Payment for participation in group tours is non-refundable, except in cases where the tour is canceled by the organizer.
Refund policy:
— If the client does not pay the required amount within the established period, the contract and booking will be canceled.
— Refunds are made at the exchange rate set by Bank Indonesia on the day of payment.
— Refund review period — up to 5 calendar days from the date of request.
— Refund period — up to 14 calendar days from the date of approval.
