A 50% deposit is required to book the tour.
The remaining amount can be paid on the day of the event by prior arrangement.

The maximum weight of a participant is 100 kg
2 children or an adult + child can fly with one instructor. Please note that each participant is charged separately.
You need 5 GB of available space on your phone to get photos and videos from the activity
CANCELLATION POLICY
If the package tour is canceled:
- 7 days or less before the start of the tour, a fine of 25% of the total trip cost will be applied.
- 3 days or less before the tour, 50% of the total trip cost will be charged as a penalty.
- 1 day or less before it starts, the penalty is 100% of the total trip cost.
If you are unable to pay the requested amount on time, your contract will be canceled and your reservation will be reset.
Refunds will be processed based on Bank of Indonesia exchange rates at the time of payment.
The deadline for consideration of a refund is up to 5 calendar days from the day you apply.
The refund period is up to 14 calendar days from the date of the positive decision.
A full refund is made in the following cases:
- If the contractor is unable to fully provide the service.
- If the customer cancels the package tour more than 7 days before it starts.
