Moving around the island:
Our manager will calculate your trip cost online, and we can take you anywhere in Bali at any time.
Airport pick-up:
A Coco Travel driver will wait for you at the exit of the international or local terminal of Bali Airport. Look for the nameplate with our company name. Free waiting time is 2 hours from the specified time; each additional hour is 50,000 IDR, paid in cash to the driver. Please inform us of delays or adjust meeting times at least 3 hours before the original order time.
Support:
Our team is always available via online chat. If you can’t locate the driver, message us, and our manager will assist.
Additional services:
We offer VIP escort services, including police motorcycles, for quick, safe travel to your hotel or villa.

To make a reservation, you must make an advance payment of 100% of the total amount.
Payment methods:
— Bank transfer to the company’s account from any local bank
— VISA and MasterCard (secure payment via the major payment aggregator Xendit)
— Cash payment at any local bank branch or Alfamart store cashier (payment locations map available)
— Other payment methods through our partners
The cost is the same regardless of the number of people.

Cancellation policy:
If cancellation of a private tour is made:
— From 180 to 31 days before the start date of the tour, 10% of the paid amount will be withheld.
— From 30 to 14 days before the start date of the tour, 30% of the paid amount will be withheld.
— From 13 to 4 days before the start date of the tour, 50% of the paid amount will be withheld.
— Less than 3 days before the start date of the tour, including the tour day or in case of no-show, 100% of the paid amount will be withheld.
If cancellation of a group tour is made:
— Payment for participation in group tours is non-refundable, except in cases where the tour is canceled by the organizer.
Refund policy:
— If the client does not pay the required amount within the established period, the contract and booking will be canceled.
— Refunds are made at the exchange rate set by Bank Indonesia on the day of payment.
— Refund review period — up to 5 calendar days from the date of request.
— Refund period — up to 14 calendar days from the date of approval.
