Golden Queen company
Boats on the Bali–Gili route operated by Golden Queen depart from Padang Bai Port at approximately 09:00 AM (please confirm the exact departure time with the operator). After arriving at the Gili Islands, the boat continues on to Lombok Island.
Return boats from Gili to Bali depart at 11:00 AM.

You must arrive at Padang Bai Port one hour before departure to check in. At the port, look for the Golden Queen office. After checking in, keep your paper ticket — you will need it for the return check-in.

For the return trip from Gili or Lombok, you must check in one hour before the boat's departure by going to the company office and presenting your ticket. Check-in is mandatory.

A government tax of 10,000 IDR per person must be paid at Padang Bai Port before boarding the boat to the Gili Islands, and again at Gili Port upon return. Upon arrival at the Gili Islands, a tourist fee of 20,000 IDR per person is also required.
These taxes and fees are not included in the ticket price. -
Children under 5 years old travel for free. However, transporting animals is prohibited by law.

Ticket availability for a specific date and time must be confirmed with the manager. In case of bad weather, for safety reasons, the boat company reserves the right to transfer passengers to a public ferry.
Semaya Darma Jaya company
Bali-Gili route boats depart from Padang Bai Port at 08:30/1:30 pm. After arriving at Gili, the boat sails on to Lombok Island.
Boats on return Gili-Bali route depart at 11:00/2:30 pm.

It is necessary to arrive at port of Padang Bai an hour before departure time of boat in order to have time to check in for trip. At port, you need to find office of Semaya Darma Jaya company. After you have checked in for your trip, save your paper ticket, as you will need this ticket to check in on way back.

When departing back, in order to check in for a trip from Gili and Lombok, it is necessary to go to company's office an hour before departure time of boat and show ticket. Check-in for trip is mandatory.

Cancellation policy:
If cancellation of a private tour is made:
— From 180 to 31 days before the start date of the tour, 10% of the paid amount will be withheld.
— From 30 to 14 days before the start date of the tour, 30% of the paid amount will be withheld.
— From 13 to 4 days before the start date of the tour, 50% of the paid amount will be withheld.
— Less than 3 days before the start date of the tour, including the tour day or in case of no-show, 100% of the paid amount will be withheld.
If cancellation of a group tour is made:
— Payment for participation in group tours is non-refundable, except in cases where the tour is canceled by the organizer.
Refund policy:
— If the client does not pay the required amount within the established period, the contract and booking will be canceled.
— Refunds are made at the exchange rate set by Bank Indonesia on the day of payment.
— Refund review period — up to 5 calendar days from the date of request.
— Refund period — up to 14 calendar days from the date of approval.
