Day 1. The Road to Java
- 20:00 — Driver picks you up.
- 23:00 — Arrive at Gilimanuk port, take a ferry to Java, and continue to the volcano.
Day 2. Ascent of Ijen
- 01:30 — Reach the volcano base, drink tea, rent warm clothes, and acclimate.
- 02:00 — Begin the climb with a guide.
- 03:30 — Reach the summit and descend into the crater to see the blue lights.
- 05:00 — Watch the sunrise at the summit, enjoy a snack.
- 07:00 — Explore the crater, take photos, and begin descending.
- 11:00 — Return to Bali.
- 16:00 — Arrive back at the starting point.

The volcano and weather conditions are unpredictable, so we cannot control fog, rain or the ban on ascents and descents. Therefore, by paying for this trip, you agree to any weather conditions during the ascent.
You can buy/ rent warm clothes (jackets, trousers, hats) on site.
The possibility of visiting additional locations depends on the pace of the group during the ascent and descent from the volcano.
Seats in the vehicle are not assigned to travel participants, so we ask you to swap places at stops for everyone's comfort.
Accommodation at the hotel offers double rooms suitable for mixed couples (men and women) or groups of two people of the same gender.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If the package tour is canceled:
- 7 days or less before the start of the tour, a fine of 25% of the total trip cost will be applied.
- 3 days or less before the tour, 50% of the total trip cost will be charged as a penalty.
- 1 day or less before it starts, the penalty is 100% of the total trip cost.
If you are unable to pay the requested amount on time, your contract will be canceled and your reservation will be reset.
Refunds will be processed based on Bank of Indonesia exchange rates at the time of payment.
The deadline for consideration of a refund is up to 5 calendar days from the day you apply.
The refund period is up to 14 calendar days from the date of the positive decision.
A full refund is made in the following cases:
- If the contractor is unable to fully provide the service.
