Day 1. The Road to West Nusa Tenggara
06:00 — Assemble at the starting point and departure to the port.
07:30 — Arrival at Padang Bai port, breakfast
08:15 — Meeting of the group with the ticket agent. He gives us boat tickets and a boarding badge
08:45 — Boarding and departure to Lombok Island (Arrival by about 11:45)
It is better to take seats in the boat in advance. On the way we can go out on the deck of the ship and enjoy a beautiful view.
11:45 — Our driver meets you at Bangsal port and takes us to Kayangan port for the ferry crossing.
Travel time is approximately 3 hours.
15:00 — We start the way to the western Nussa Tenggara
17:00 — Arrival at the port of Poto Tano
19:30 — Stop in Sumbawa Besar for dinner
22:00 — Arrival at the hotel and rest

06:00 — We arrive at the whale station, where you can enjoy the sunrise and prepare for the snorkeling.
The GoPro cameraman will accompany you on the boat. We swim with sharks and take pictures.

We recommend walking along the island and watching the sunset at Aston Sunset Beach Resort. You can also dine there and watch a movie outdoors.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If the package tour is canceled:
- 7 days or less before the start of the tour, a fine of 25% of the total trip cost will be applied.
- 3 days or less before the tour, 50% of the total trip cost will be charged as a penalty.
- 1 day or less before it starts, the penalty is 100% of the total trip cost.
If you are unable to pay the requested amount on time, your contract will be canceled and your reservation will be reset.
Refunds will be processed based on Bank of Indonesia exchange rates at the time of payment.
The deadline for consideration of a refund is up to 5 calendar days from the day you apply.
The refund period is up to 14 calendar days from the date of the positive decision.
